Instructions for use of coated products (precautions)
1. The products shall be stacked horizontally on dry and flat pallets, and shall not be stacked on the wet ground or leaning against the wall.
2. The products should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment. It is strictly forbidden to stack the products in the open air or exposed to strong light or water. It is not suitable to be placed in a hot and humid environment, and should not be placed in a temperature higher than 50 ℃ for a long time.
3. The product is strictly prohibited to contact with toxic and corrosive substances and oil.
4. The product should be placed on the processing site for health treatment 24 hours before processing.
5. The suitable processing temperature is 22 + 5 ℃.
6. It is recommended to use water-based neutral adhesive with solid content no less than 46% for product gluing and assembling.
7. Pre coated paper and polymer coated products are strictly prohibited from surface finishing.
8. The surface of the product is strictly prohibited to be scratched with hard objects or polished with sandpaper.
9. For product cleaning, wipe the dirt with wet cotton wood or towel, and wipe water with dry towel or cotton cloth
