Main features of slitter:
1. The main structure of the equipment is made of cast iron and steel plate (the casting is secondary processing and finalization treatment)
2. The spindle drive rod is made of seamless steel pipe. After quenching and tempering, surface hardening, electroplating, dynamic balance processing
3. The main pressure bar of main shaft drive is rubber rod (butyl rubber)  
4. The feeding guide rod is made of metal rod (aluminum alloy material) and rubber rod (NBR material) 
5. The transmission mode of main engine and receiving material is synchronous wheel and synchronous belt
6. All guide rods of the machine are processed synchronously (using flat belt and synchronous belt) to effectively prevent stretching of the stretching material
    Application: This machine is suitable for cutting cellophane, pet, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer anti-counterfeiting label, electronic computer, optical material, film roll, foil roll, all kinds of paper roll, film and various materials after printing.
